We handcraft all our products. To ensure upmost quality we take 10 to 12 working days to deliver. Some products like name pendant etc take 15 to 20 days to deliver. For more information you can refer to estimated delivery date written on each and every product.
We keep you covered from all transit damages. If you receive any damaged product we offer an exchange. For exchange process please make an opening video of the parcel.
